Conditions and guidelines
- Once an order has been placed and it’s in process, we are unable to cancel it, or make any changes to it.
- Items shipped from kenyakangacollection.com, including Our Local stores, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
- When returning an item, ensure all tags and accessories are left intact and
- item is in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, and face coverings (Masks).
- Cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased in store or at an outlet need to be returned to the store/outlet
- where the original transaction took place
- It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Your will be required to return the item at your own expense.
