Conditions and guidelines

  • Once an order has been placed and it’s in process, we are unable to cancel it, or make any changes to it.
  • Items shipped from, including Our Local stores, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
  • When returning an item, ensure all tags and accessories are left intact and
  • item is in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, and face coverings (Masks).
  • Cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased in store or at an outlet need to be returned to the store/outlet
  • where the original transaction took place
  • It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Your will be required to return the item at your own expense.
  • We do require proof of purchase, before we can action initiate the return or exchange
